The course will discuss when its appropriate to file a third party claim rather than a first party claim. Also, what to do in the event that a loss does occur and how to protect evidence. In addition, the course will provide information for CAMs about how to help the property owners they service in understanding their insurance policies and how to comply with those policies in the event of a loss.
